Launching the Updated VNOC Builder Program for Domain-First Founders

We’ve updated VNOC incentives to better reward builders launching on VentureBuilder-powered domains.

We’re introducing an updated default incentive model for VNOC builders: 60% platform / 40% builder, plus 2,000 ADAO per month (up to 6 months for qualifying participants).

This model is designed to help founders move earlier with less friction while still preserving long-term ecosystem sustainability. It gives builders stronger initial economics and a predictable structure from day one.

We also formalized the policy publicly and added operational controls to keep program defaults auditable and easier to manage as adoption grows. For builders, this means clarity. For operators, this means control. For the ecosystem, this means healthier incentives.
